The match was held at the Estadio de La Cartuja, with nearly 25,000 fans in attendance to support Osasuna.

Rodrygo opened the scoring for Real just 106 seconds into the game, netting the fastest goal in a Spanish cup final for 17 years.

Osasuna equalized through Lucas Torro in the 58th minute, but Rodrygo scored the winner from close range after Toni Kroos’ shot deflected into his path in the 70th minute.

Despite Osasuna having more shots on target (5) than Real (3), Carlo Ancelotti’s side were more clinical in front of goal.

They were denied a stoppage-time equalizer when Dani Carvajal produced a last-ditch block to keep out Kike Barja’s side-footed effort.

This victory marks Real Madrid’s 20th Copa del Rey title and sets them up for their upcoming Champions League semi-final first leg against Manchester City on Tuesday.

Osasuna, on the other hand, were denied their first major trophy in their 103-year history.
