Qatar Expresses Confidence in Completing Manchester United Takeover

the Qatari consortium, headed by Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the chairman of the Qatar Islamic Bank, maintains its confidence in finalizing the acquisition of Manchester United, despite news coverage from various media outlets.

In the past few days, the sale of the Premier League team has reached its concluding stage, and the speculation surrounding the prospective buyer has intensified. English reports suggest that the INEOS offer is leading the race.

As per Nice-Matin, Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s bid has a high likelihood of securing the purchase of the club, which would result in Manchester United becoming the third club under the INEOS umbrella, as they already own OGC Nice and Swiss team Lausanne.

Notwithstanding those claims, RMC Sport has disclosed that the Qatari consortium maintains its belief in acquiring Manchester United, stating that they “still believe in their chances.” Although the consortium is aware of the rumors circulating in the British media, they remain unperturbed and confident in their ability to purchase the Premier League club.
