Man United News :- The news of Mason Greenwood allegedly telling his friends that he won’t play for Manchester United again has sent shockwaves through the footballing world.

The young striker was once regarded as one of the brightest prospects at Old Trafford, but his recent off-field issues have put his future in doubt.

Greenwood was cleared of rape and assault charges in February, but the incident raised questions about his behaviour and professionalism.

The 19-year-old has since been absent from the United squad, with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer citing “personal reasons” for his absence.

Now, it seems that Greenwood has lost faith in his future at the club.

According to sources close to the player, he is frustrated with his current situation and believes that he has no future at Old Trafford.

This news will come as a blow to United fans, who had hoped that the youngster would be a key player for years to come.

There is no doubt that Greenwood has immense talent on the pitch. He burst onto the scene two seasons ago, scoring 17 goals in all competitions and earning comparisons to United legend Robin van Persie.

However, his form has dipped in recent months, and he has failed to score in his last 14 Premier League appearances.

Off the pitch, Greenwood’s behaviour has also been a cause for concern.

In addition to the allegations of rape and assault, he has been criticised for breaking COVID-19 protocols and for reportedly being out late the night before a game.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Greenwood. If he does leave United, there will be no shortage of suitors for his signature.

However, it is clear that he must address his off-field issues in order to fulfil his potential on the pitch.

For United, the loss of Greenwood would be a blow. The club has a proud history of developing young talent, and the likes of Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, and David Beckham all came through the ranks at Old Trafford.

United fans will hope that Greenwood can overcome his current issues and continue that tradition.
