Mohamed Salah breaks Premier League assist record for African players
Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has become the most prolific African assister in Premier League history, surpassing Riyad Mahrez’s record of 62 assists.
Salah reached the milestone on Saturday, August 16, 2023, when he set up two goals for his teammates in Liverpool’s 3-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
