Szoboszlai and Haaland were teammates at Salzburg for two seasons, and they struck up a close friendship during that time. The pair have continued to stay in touch since Haaland’s move to Dortmund in 2020, and Szoboszlai says that Haaland gave him some valuable advice before he joined Liverpool.
