Liverpool want to kidnap Daichi Kamada from AC Milan at the last minute

Liverpool are reportedly hoping to snatch Eintracht Frankfurt’s Daichi Kamada from AC Milan in a last-minute bid. Kamada is set to leave the Europa League champions when his contract expires and has already given his word to Milan, but with nothing official signed.

Liverpool are among a number of clubs still hoping to secure his signature. While Milan are thought to be willing to pay €3m per year to Kamada, Liverpool could offer a much higher wage.

The 26-year-old has had a productive season, scoring 16 goals and providing seven assists across all tournaments. Liverpool are also reportedly closing in on Brighton’s Alexis Mac Allister, who could become their first acquisition of the summer window.
