Man city News :- on Super Sunday, Manchester City claimed a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Fulham, with Julian Alvarez’s stunning first-half goal proving to be the difference between the two sides.

City moved a point above Arsenal at the top of the Premier League table, with a game in hand against West Ham on Wednesday.

Despite Fulham’s two penalty claims in the second half, City held on to secure a vital victory in their quest for a historic treble.

Fulham’s Carlos Vinicius cancelled out Erling Haaland’s early penalty, but Alvarez’s stunning strike just before half-time restored City’s lead, with the visitors seeing out the rest of the game to claim all three points.

Fulham, who remain in 10th place on the table, will face Liverpool and Leicester in their next two fixtures, while City will take on West Ham and Leeds in their next two games.

The result leaves City in a strong position in the title race, as they look to win the Premier League, the Champions League and the FA Cup.
