Fulham 1-2 Man City: City take the lead thanks to goals from Haaland and Alvarez

Fulham’s Carlos Vinicius cancelled out Erling Haaland’s early penalty, but Alvarez’s stunning strike just before half-time restored City’s lead, with the visitors seeing out the rest of the game to claim all three points.

Fulham, who remain in 10th place on the table, will face Liverpool and Leicester in their next two fixtures, while City will take on West Ham and Leeds in their next two games.

The result leaves City in a strong position in the title race, as they look to win the Premier League, the Champions League and the FA Cup.

Meanwhile, Fulham will be looking to finish the season strongly and consolidate their position in the top half of the table.
